In theory, people do not pass without an appointment (there is a canvas that says so), but like all good Mexicans, there are those who arrive without an appointment and are treated. If you carry your correct papers it is fast and fluid, an hour at the most. Very friendly staff, all security measures, clean every pass someone to each place.

They are all friendly that I cannot deny, the problem is that there is no organization between them. There were 8 people working and although they are all working, each of them gives different instructions each time they go out to help. They serve people with dates and people without dates, the problem I observed today is that they bring everyone together in the same row. Notice that they named inside the people who were not yet inside and went out to name people who were already inside the office. My appointment was at 10:30 am and I left the place at 2:15. Besides they do not update the page in Google and I had to edit the location of the office that was incorrect

The treatment was very good, they advised me to bring the correct documents, the staff were very friendly.
