Like a plethora of city parks, this one shows neglect and borderline abandonment. But it's still salvageable. It works if you want a place to run/skate, but bring the mosquito repellent.

Exercise in the open air all perfect and at night very bright and safe, apart in front they sell very rich taquitos 😁
