The work environment is regular, in my personal experience. The work is calm and not heavy. The only downside are the things I saw among the ladies and technicians. Discipline is almost nil. The others are fine

A good workplace, the opinion of the operator is taken into account. The facilities are excellent, has efficient machinery, and according to my experience, always looking for a way to improve, talk about the process, ergonomics, the organization in general, etc. I do not have much experience in the industrial field, but according to the anecdotes of my colleagues regarding their previous jobs, Corning is far ahead of them all.
