The bad thing is that you have to sign that you received your shipment in good condition before seeing it and then you receive and my experience was that everything was messy and incomplete any claim is very tedious. Keep an eye out! Hopefully things get better one day!

The office staff is very friendly, however, the state of Oaxaca is not sending packages very often, which makes the service a PORQUERIA !!! It passes the business days of delivery and they do not answer at the offices in Oaxaca.
