I don't know if that store is exclusively for experts, I'm a beginner and I still know very little about bicycles, but I called before going and asked if they could explain and make recommendations about what I was looking for and they said yes; but when I arrived they treated me very reluctantly, when I asked what I wanted they did not give me any option or the possibility of even staying to see the rear derailleurs, my visit ended in 2 minutes, there was little left for them to run, I drove 30 minutes to get there and I left very very disappointed and frustrated, terrible attention. I will never go back.
