In my opinion: excellent source of work. We work plastic parts. (injection and decorated) Good atmosphere, (respect between partners and team participation is valued.) Punctuality and attendance, that is responsibility, are taken into account. The shifts are quite flexible and there is an opportunity for growth according to the skills and responsibility of the worker.
