I have had good experiences with your bank, but workers like Luis Francisco Carrillo have lousy attention to people. I was in line from 3:40 and closed at 4 and does not let anyone else pass, I understand the protocols in the face of the pandemic, but it seems usto and unethical by not being able to pass more than 3 more people to the facilities to be able to making a payment just closed and I do not take these people who have been trained for a long time including me. This affects my payment that I need to make and I do not believe that your bank will be responsible for the extra that is charged to me for not paying on time.
