When they quoted my letters to send, all with destinations within the Mexican Republic, they wanted to charge me with a "good eye" without weighing them, the man in charge told me that they were $ 50.00 for each one. they were 5 in total, and he said the cost was for volume. that I know is by weight in gr. and the size was half a letter, they weighed no more than 100gr. what's up with your employees ???

I arrived ten minutes before twelve o'clock and late in locating where they attend, at 12:07 when I finally knocked on the correct window they told me that there was no longer service, which was until 12. What a lack of service and attention! He didn't even ask me if it was urgent.

My package appears at the window since October 22, 2020 and it is a date that they do not give me a reason for delivery. They do not answer the phone and they do not resolve when they did not even take it home. The person had to go 4 times. In the end, until I made a telephone complaint and also a complaint on the website they delivered. What happens is that they had not reviewed the package and that is why they had not delivered it. They literally had it thrown away
