A year ago "February 11, 2020" I made a payment in payment (cancellation of the Infonavit credit), and they have not carried out their process of said payment, I currently receive between 15 and 20 calls a day from SOLUCIONES BARRERA, who tell me that I made my payments to catch up with my Infonavit credit, on the other hand, I cannot work because if a payment falls to Infonavit it is as if I had not done my cancellation process. The day I did my procedure in the collection area, the lady with tattoos and long hair was putting on makeup and told me that at that time she was busy and that she could not attend to me, that I had to wait for it to be vacated.

The worst of the worst in terms of service, if the IMSS workers are jetudos, they are worse, they do not respect appointments, I had an appointment at 10:10 and they attended to me until 12 noon, they admit people without appointments just because They get tiresome with the guards and with the staff that they have at the entrance and the staff that attends it definitely seems that they are doing you a favor and not that they are working, just terrible people and terrible service for that reason the dependencies have the worst reputation

They keep a healthy distance and the attention is in the open air free advice by friendly and professional people if you have any problem in your credit, not doing business with external people, go to the infonavit offices and they will attend you expeditiously and you will have a favorable solution

Due to the Pandemic, the service is too slow, there are lines from very early (5 in the morning) if you do not have an appointment. If you try to get an appointment, they give it to you 3 months later. By the way, their STRICT schedule to assist you is only 8:30 A.M. at 1:30 P.M. Monday to Friday. Good luck to everyone who needs to do a procedure
