Terrible service, the packages arrive on a date and they deliver them when they want, I waited a week to receive my package and nothing, I went to the branch and they say that they had not yet downloaded my package that the next day they would take it to my home. Even if you go to pick it up, they don't give it to you. You have to wait until the courier picks it up, and that wait if the courier is punctual. 👎
