Many people see this and other bicycle businesses as an option to preserve and enjoy natural areas, particularly Monte Alto and other public spaces in Valle de Bravo that have been privatized over time. Many of these businesses are important to reinforce public access to nature and to be able to conserve the beautiful landscapes that were originally the attraction point of Valle de Bravo, however it seems that Tato like other locals do not understand it that way. something sad because they fail to understand the importance and significance of these businesses, these initiatives require slightly more educated service providers who, in principle, also provide bicycles in good condition, information, service and a broader perspective of what tourism is from nature. A few days ago together with my son I rented him a couple of bicycles in two days, in principle they did not work well but we had fun and the next day we thought that he would rent us something better, as the bikes were in but state that the first day my son I explain that I should make a discount since I do not rent them at a lower price, I think the cost would be reasonable for better bikes but the friendly comment of my 14-year-old son was followed by an ordinary comment, mocking and saying that "surely we had pure Santa Cruz "I think that if these types of operators have the opportunity not to repeat the arrogant treatment that visitors from Chilangos commonly give to them as locals. In Valle de Bravo it is required that local suppliers do not imitate the worst of the city, if Valle will continue to be subjected to money from the city's people and over time these businesses will end up disappearing before the service, treatment and initiatives With greater vision, unfortunately those businesses will come from outsiders, it would be good if these local businesses had a broader vision and did not look for easy money without providing good service. I wish Tato Wheels and his business do better and that he does not think that because someone or many pay his service at this time it is fair to give bikes in bad condition and treat customers badly.
