Terrible service, take my bike for adjustment and three days later they had only washed it, there is not a person in charge who from the face and the mechanic the most decent part of the place had to apologize for the delay, obviously take it with me. The counter person has no idea what he is doing.

I have not had the fortune to go to the store, but as your wholesale customer, I am very disappointed because I do not have a valid balance due. They say it's because there is no manager. Typical bureaucratic pretext. Pity for the Unior brand, I really wanted to continue working with it, excellent quality tools.
