They offered us a store card (in collaboration with Banamex) that would give us coupons on our purchase. We asked if it could be used the same day because we were urgent to buy the product and they said it was a matter of minutes. At the end of the process, they tell us that the card will arrive in 10 days. I think you don't expect this deception in the store itself, I would understand it from a call center, but not from the branch itself. It seems to me that this was a breach of trust and it is not worth it to look bad to the client for grabbing a card that we are going to cancel anyway for the inconvenience caused. It goes without saying that we will not buy there again.
