I had a reservation for 11am and they told me it was at 7am even though I had an email that clearly said 11am. They told me they had no cars to rent and that I “was too late”. Then didn’t even try to help and suggest that there was an enterprise/national rental right behind it. I had to figure that out myself and rented a car there instead.

The car was not on time they told me to wait one hour and half just to see if they have the car there when I made my reservation days before, and they couldn't tell me the exactly total of the rent at the counter I will never rent again from u or recomended and the lady from the counter didn't help she just didn't care worst customer service

Booked two months AHEAD a car, but they did not have any when pick up time.
