Place will over charge you and then charge the credit card you have double when they should reimburse you your deposit when the vehicle is returned. Don’t get scammed into renting a car from this place!! Place is horrible and to top it off they don’t mention any issues w the vehicle when you reserve it until you have arrived and are ready to pick up the reserved vehicle. Big time waister and people don’t know how to explain right especially when it comes to the amount of rental and the deposit!!!

The worse renting company with poor customer service. agents get tricky with customers. When you ready to pickup the reserved car, agents tell you that your reservation was cancelled. To push you to rent something with double the price. as far as renting a car in Tijuana, I will stay away from this company.

May I please ask about the auto insurance polices, I was told I have to purchase Mexico auto insurance (at least liability), is that true, because my USA auto insurance has comprehensive coverage, but do i have to purchase at least liability from you? If the answer is yes, then was that included in the rate? if the answer to that is no, what is the bare minimum liability auto insurance I have to purchase to satisfy the law, and how much it costs? And, may i please talk to someone in english to figure all this out? Thank you.
