The supervisor refused to follow the rules on the sheet that he gave me which stated if i want to deny the extra insurance i have to put a deposit on my credit card, i agreed to that but they said they wont rent to me unless i get the extra insurance They even highlighted it for me, and it clearly states i can deny the coverage and sign a personal statement I went to a company next door and was able to deny the insurance and put $5000 deposit on my credit card

The worst experience ever! I rented a lot of cars around the World and it never happened that a company denied the car and applied us an obbligatory insurance!! That for sure it costed us 3 times more the whole car. Very cheecky and unprofessional.

Very bad service from staff on site, much training is lacking. The cars I have rented several and always bad mechanically and / or functionality, I do not recommend at all to go to that place. I will never return.

It is a terrible place to rent a car, they tell you to pay an amount when you book and when you go to pick up the car they leave you with other accounts, if you want to cancel, the money you gave to reserve you lose it XK europcar is not responsible for anything, it's a theft
