People there are nice, it just takes a long time to rent a car, Even with gold service and reservation. Vehicle quality not that good, the wiper on driver side was in bad condition, and it was raining, so wipers were needed. Unsafe condition.

Worst Hertz/rental car experience of my life, every aspect of it was awful. Terrible customer service, long waits, and they bully you into insurance you don't need. Avoid at all costs, Hertz should be ashamed this location is connected to their brand.

I have been a hertz customer for about three years and have never had a bad experience anywhere. This time was different, let’s start off by saying the horrible customer service I go from Gabriela. No greeting when we first started talking about the car rental and contract. I was asking questions and she would do the least to answer and just point to the paper. When I was about to sign everything off I asked if it mattered that the car might come back an hour later and she said that up to 4 hours it would be ok and there would be no fee. I said thank you and I was on my way. Well when I came back to drop off the car I dropped it an hour and 20 min past. The lady at the register said that I was going to be charged and extra three hours for that. I told her I was told that up to four hours was ok and that’s what I was told by Gabriela and she happened to be there. She lied and said that she never said that and walked away. Honestly worst experience ever, the money was not the issue what bugged me the most was the horrible service an tome of voice she was using with me. She really needs a course in how to effectively treat a customer because that was a really bad interaction. Personally I will continue to use Hertz since everywhere else has always been so pleasant but she needs to be talk to about treating customers better.

The worst customer service. The worst experience. Arrived in a late flight, and had some commitments in Ensenada (abour 2 hours drive) for a weekend. They did not respect my reservation (not even with my credit card). All plans changed for the weekend. They told me (via telephone, since no one was at the front desk) to return the day after (all the way from Ensenada!). I will never rent a car from this company.

ATTENTION THEY DO NOT WASH THE CARS IN HERTZ TIJUANA with a cloth they spray Santiz at that they say and clean the steering wheel and the doors LIE THAT THEY ARE SANITIZED BY THE PLATES OF THE CAR WUE RENTE IS AN AVEO 8546AVD the car arrives at the airport on February 18 very dirty very I wanted to return it
