Tricky to find the entrance and selection is limited but vehicles are clean and staff is very nice.

Tried renting a car, and my flight was delayed so I arrived a little late. They said they tried calling me, it showed no calls. They said they left me voicemails, I have no voicemails. I asked what they can do for this mistake, they gave me the run around. If you want to BEG for a car, this is the place. Go to Hertz.

booked a car via third party website. When i arrived to pick up the car I was told third party insurance wasn't accepted. I was told i would have to buy insurance with National again plus a $3,000.00 hold on my card. I declined and walked over to budget.
