If they have the car, it's good service. But normally they do not have your car, even if you have a reservation, you have to wait 2 hours or look for another alternative.

We had the reservation ready to spend the new year and since it was high season they told us that they had no cars and if they had, what they did was that they preferred to return your money and rent it to another person for a higher rate, a company with very little seriousness, A THEFT
