This place is not very well known and I still recommend it. From the moment you enter the staff is attentive to you and is highly trained, even on occasions they offer you to watch a video about the place. Inside you can find several historical photographs of Tijuana in addition to which you can see and read old books in the same place (books from the personal library of the founder of this site). Generally the Library is very quiet and it is highly recommended if you want to know the history of the city, and of course, the relevance of the character that was Alberto Limon.

He did not know Mr. Padilla until he entered the library. It is a kind of temple dedicated to him. There are hundreds of pictures of all the things he did, the places he traveled, the people he was with. Also another wall full of his mentions, diplomas and recognitions. The part that I liked the most was the old impressions of old Tijuana and the transformation of its buildings and streets over time. It has a series of books on the history of the city in all aspects, guides, maps. It was the don's kind of private collection. The interiors are made of wood and provide a warm and pleasant environment to read, work or study. I just got curious and it was a great place for all the images displayed in all parents. There are not so many spaces for books in the city. It certainly takes a lot of work to get books to people. Just this and the CENDOART are the two libraries that I found. In this construction boom that the city is experiencing (the new Tijuana cathedral, the Convention Center, the new museums) it would not be bad if there was a good library. It doesn't have to be big but it does have to be functional. Take the opportunity to come and take a look at the material they have around here.
