I CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE ON THE PHONE TO FIND OUT WHERE MY PACKAGE IS. ALSO THEY SAID THEY CAME TO DROP IT OFF THE FIRST TIME I WAS NOT HOME BUT THE SECOND TIME I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY JUST TRIED TO DROP IT OFF WHICH WAS A LIE BECAUSE NOBODY KNOCKED I KEEP MY HOUSE QUIET WHEN WAITING FOR A PACKAGE SO THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET BETTER DELIVERY SERVICES AND NEED TO MAKE IT EASIER TO ADD CONTACT INFO FOR WHEN THEY ARE REALLY PHYSICALLY AT THE DELIVERY DESTINATION. ILL ADD ANOTHER REVIEW IF I EVER GET MY PACKAGE.

Terrible attention, bad service, employees with a terrible attitude. There are no indications of how the service is (take your data on a piece of paper) because they do not lend you neither paper nor pen. When I asked them please if they had because it was the first time I was going they told me well you have to know that you have to bring them, to see if someone outside will lend you the good that a person kindly lends me. Note that other employers did provide them with a pen and paper, and it bothered me. 20-1 hour waiting time to pick up and they are not good at going out to inform you what happened to your package. They get upset if you ask them.

It is a real mess of service, they do not give you information about anything and besides they are very despotic, an obsolete and backward package in many ways.
