Dr. Lopez is fluent in English and truly is a high standard vet. He chalked out 3 whole comprehensive plans of different prices so that we could take to either identify a diagnoses or to help our cat recover from his respiratory infection. I believe he is a very experience-seasoned vet and I really appreciate that he is very proactive in his approach.

I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am but still had to wait like another hour to get attended since the vet was backed up but I have to say the wait was worth it. Dr. Lopez was great and very detailed in explaining the procedure for my poodle that had a eye problem. He never pressured me into buying anything nor to pressured me into doing any type of procedure that would just waste my money. He gave recommendations and let me decided on my own. He was straightforward and very loving towards my baby girl. It was a little pricey but then again if you compare his price to what you would pay in the US then it would be considered very cheap. I just liked how he answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend!!!!

This vet is terrible! Took my puppy for first exam and feel it was rushed and under preformed. Not to mention expensive for having to deal with poor service from worker Anita. She was rude and cold. Not friendly AT ALL! Dr doesn't return calls. Very unprofessional of him when having concerns about your animal. So all these comments and reviews that it's the best ITS NOT! IT'S TRASH and don't be fooled by his english speaking and vet on san diego, this place is irresponsible and neglectful! Didn't return my calls to attend my sick puppy but thanks to they're NEGLECT found a much more dedicated and concerned not to mention professional and kind vet! VET ALTABRISA IS THE BEST! DESPUES DE VER TODOS LOS COMENTARIOS D MASCOTAS QUE AN MUERTO EN MANOS DE ESTE VET COMO SE ME OCURRE LLEVAR MI PERRITO AQUI! Dr Gilbert has saved the lives of more than one pet. In all i believe he has saved 3 total. One vet wanted to put my dog down. I didn't agree. I told Dr Gilbert what the vet told me. He bet me his licence it was not what the other vet said. I put my trust in him. It wasn't cheap but he saved my dog. He has the latest in technology and if ever my pets need urgent care he is my #1 vet. Dr Gilbert thank you. I can't praise you enough. Marlene Hernandez

Excelente lugar el doctor súper, muy buena experiencia precio justo me dieron un buen servicio y empleados de primera lo recomiendo. Very satisfied good price and excellent service. A friend of mine had recommended me to take my dog there but I had already made an appointment with Petco so I thought I just keep my appointment and take my pregnant dog for a check up. I regret taking her to Petco they have different doctors so it's your luck if you get a good doctor. Well the doctor from Petco didn't know what he was doing he didn't even know how to do an ultrasound and failed to give me any vitamins for her and the check up was expensive. I really recommended this doctor 100% and will continue to take my dogs with him.
