You have to pay for “parking” even if you’re just dropping your dogs off. Not much but have your pesos ready. Took my 3 dogs to get groomed. I called before hand to make an appointment because they were due for their shots. The girl told me I didn’t need an appointment just to arrive early so the vet can do the shots and answer some questions I had. We got there at 12:20. Our appointment was at 1:00pm for the groomer. They asked me to wait so the vet would take my dogs. I waited one hour for them to tell me that the shots were done after the grooming (when the vet came out he told me). They were super busy so he dismissed me when I asked him a question regarding a bump on my dogs chest out in the open because he wasn’t going to see my dogs until after the grooming. I came back around 5 hrs later to get my dogs, get tags, and ask a couple questions about teeth cleaning, etc. They were groomed, with no shots, and I later found out my dog had an cornea rip from the grooming. So, no shots, bad grooming and a $250 dollar vet bill in San Diego to spare (for pain medication, a cone, and antibiotics). It was not organized what so ever. I like to give benefit of the doubt but not at my pet’s expense. Took my services elsewhere.

Great service. Super close to the border. I pay 200 pesos for each consultation for my dog, which is about $10 currently right now. If my dog needs meds, that's additional but also extremely affordable compared to U.S. prices.

The assistant and the doctor gave me the wrong diagnosis for my pet. He even gave me medication to Cure something that was not wrong with my dog. What I have learned from a real veterinary is that they need to run blood tests and ultrasounds to see what is really wrong with your dog, yes it costs more money but is worth it. He doesn’t take the time to really diagnose the pet, it’s like $$$ and next and more $$$$ and next. He has 2 and sometimes 3 front desk people but none of them really know what they are doing, and very unfriendly. You get what you pay for literally

I came from Oceanside, CA and had an appointment at 4pm. I was stuck in traffic trying to cross into Mexico. I tried calling to let them know I was running late due to traffic and no one answered the phone. They did not take him and I wasted coming from so far away. Very upset and displeased w the service.
