I have never been so satisfied with a vet before. Even though I have an established vet in San Diego, I needed a vets advise during after-hours. I happened to google, Emevet came up. I’m very happy to have found them. Ava, my 2lb, 14 yr Yorkie, had a bad infection do to her teeth. She was in the brink of dying when they gave us a second opinion on her health. Not only are the doctors attentive, they give you their complete attention even when they have a line out the door. There’s only one doctor there at a time, and overnight, there’s no assistant, so the doc is hustling yet very detailed. I wasn’t able to take her in the morning after a holiday because of work, so the vet suggested I drop her off the night before. I left her there for two days, and she is doing so much better. She started barking at us again after two days of not eating or moving much. (It’s the little things). I didn’t expect fancy, but I did good service—that’s what I got. It doesn’t matter how busy, they answer your questions, called you back, send you emails when they say they will, etc. I didn’t work much with the AM vet, but the evening vet was awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. My dog needed to get her teeth removed, but after doing blood work, they found she had a chronic renal disease, opted to treat and stabilize the disease, and then do the procedure later. They fed her the food I left for her (through a syringe since she wouldn’t chew/open her mouth), and gave her some medication I brought with me (for other ailments). They are there for the wellness of your animal with no hidden agenda. Also, the price is way better than what you pay in the states, yet you get very similar service (around a quarter or third of the price) I will continue to take my sweet pea there for my vet needs. They speak both English and Spanish. You will love and trust them, too! They also do grooming!

My companion passed away at this veterinary clinic. Sadly, I never got a full understanding of how they died. The only response I got was a vague opinion of how it happened. I was assured that I would be updated that same afternoon. It was getting late and I hadn't received the update, so I called. They answered the second time. I asked how my companion was. The person on the phone said that she was still moving. I pressed for more information on what they had done so far. While said person was asking the vet, they hanged up. After that I was worried. I knew something was wrong. I called over and over and over again the whole afternoon/night. In the morning I called as soon as they opened and I got ignored again. I finally got a call around 10 to notify me that my companion had passed and if I wanted them to keep the body. I'm in shock at that question, as if our companions are old furniture we can't fix up. Yeah sure keep it, toss it, recycle it.... When I came in to pick up her body, I got some vague opinion of why she had passed which sounded very reasonable, yet the apathetic tone of voice of the Vet and the vaguely conveyed answer did not assure me. How can you not know what she passed from? Was her breath decreasing in her last moments? Was she meowing in pain before she passed? In what moment did she die? How do you not know unless they left her by unattended? A lot of things could of been done different. Why was I not updated as promised. No one expressed their apologies or their concerns for her passing and my pain, as if it was an inconvenience.

Great service and very attentive staff. They make you feel the comfort that they care for your pet, and that means a lot when you have to leave s few hours your lovely critters for any sort of service they provide.

I took my German Shepard pup they treated him good I’m taking the rest of my dogs there from now on the price is really good for good care

Went at midnight for an emergency vet visit. Very good service and very reasonable prices!
