Twice the office has opened late and the office manager is unresponsive (her number is on the door). Rent elsewhere if possible

The only available person in the office didn‘t speak a single word English, nearly no written information or offer in English available. In the end we didn‘t rent there because we didn‘t receive enough information about their conditions and terms (in english).

Lack of information led to me losing almost 100 USD on banking charges because I paid the deposit with a debit card. I was not informed that the fee would be so high and would not have rented here had I known this was the case. Also, the website showed me an extremely low price, and the mandatory insurance onsite cost double what it costs online, so I ended up paying 200 USD to rent an economy car for the weekend. Rip off.

Best experience ever with a car rental company. Very nice staff, they speak English, help with any (also non-renting related) question, fairs prices and great help in special situations.

There was no one at 4pm and the schedule says until 5pm
