Terrible service. I was waiting several days for the delivery of my package, because the tracking page on the internet said that "I was already with the courier." After days, it appears with the status that "the window is already available and my INE is available." So if I'm not pending, nobody informs me. What happened to the messenger? Don't you know the neighborhood where I live? It's very close. Or do they hire people who pretend to be messengers and don't do their job? I don't have any notification at my address, HE NEVER ARRIVED. I did not leave the house because I was waiting for the "messenger" ... That parastatals should disappear, it does not work, MASSIVE SERVICE and it is not free, one pays, so one can demand !! 😠😠😠

Zero service attitude. They could take my data to let me know, give me theirs to communicate, you have to scoop everything out of them. My package was sent to this office, for a week they have known that it is in the Distribution Center (it arrived two weeks ago) and they are not able to communicate in front of the user to know what happens or when they send it, when a shipment arrives with Three notices say that they are not obliged to leave the first one, on the next visit they leave one that says second and third notice and you have to go to pick up the office or they send it back, it is an attitude of "do it as you like."
