I'm expecting a package from overseas; my tracking app said that it had reached SEPOMEX, Merida. I used Google maps and easily located the named place!

My packages arrived at the Chuburna branch more than a week ago !!! And they do not open !! I already went to several branches that if they open and they tell me that it is closed that I wait! And I already waited more than a week and it is still closed! Terrible !! I have two packages and there is no one to answer me for when !!

As of this date, the branch is already open after being closed for a couple of weeks. Hours are shorter at the moment so try to go between 9:00 am - 11:30 am. Postmen don't work every day either, so be patient if you asked for the package to be delivered to your home address. All those measures I suppose are due to the pandemic. I have not had any problems with the employees, or with the service, or with the status of my packages. I always use the happens service. What does not seem to me is that they do not put a sign / sheet at the entrance advising their clients that the branch will be closed for some reason along with the closing dates, as well as the working hours that they are managing at a certain time and is different from the usual schedule.

I received a broken portable air conditioner inside, and I have not found someone to repair it, and last Wednesday I went to a box, and it was broken even though they have come well closed and sealed with cinnamon tape, and no one to claim, that air I check my niece for a week and it worked well and it comes to me completely broken, very lousy service

I just got my second package with them, very fast excellent service!
