I really hope a Manager sees these reviews and makes changes. This year I have had 54 Packages returned with no attempt at delivery and no notification my package was here. The Postman knows me and is taken good care of so he is always looking for my packages but not receiving my packages from the office Staff to deliver them to me. STOP Returning Packages if you have not attempted to deliver them.

I've been trying for several days to get my calls answered and nothing. It rings and rings and no one answers. Will they be able to attend me ??? That courage

Terrible service, it seems that they are doing you a favor, this branch is not recommended. They do not answer calls. My package should have arrived a week ago and they have not given me a solution. ZERO responsibility and NO commitment.

One would think that they have a lot of work, so they do not deliver on time or on the plane they do not deliver the packages ... but Nooooo arrives one and all the delivery people in the shady chatting 😡. And one has to go for their packages since otherwise, they are returned. And then they wonder why they get fired ...
