I sent a package with everything paid, including shipping and the person who received it still charged extra $ 1800.00 according to what to pay for customs, and when I asked them for a receipt, they only made me sign a paper that said customs but did not give me any receipt or any proof, and still that they charged me extra, the person who received the package received it open and incomplete, the good thing I was assuring, despite that I tried to open a case with them and they refused to proceed
