The 3 ATMs are insufficient for so many communities, and also sometimes only one or none works.

How is it possible ... I'm going to pay my receipt at the ATM and only one works. I've been in training for over an hour. But if you don't pay immediately, they cut the electricity. How little mother do CFE have that they cannot keep all their ATMs and services active and that they do not blame the pandemic because this has been since the electricity and power company was privatized. Terrible service. They are good at charging but they are not good at solving a technical problem.

They are inconsiderate, already having everything they need to process a new contract, they ask me for printed photos, I went to get them, I give them to them, nothing was needed anymore and they leave with their nonsense that the hours of operation had already ended, which is 9 to 12, I got there 12:15 and they no longer wanted to attend me, they are inconsiderate, lousy service

They need more attention to the client and have the ATMs in optimal operation, or they do not work, or they are saturated with money or the simple thing does not give ticket!
