Very Good service every time I Get a Rental From them

Terrible experience on car return to EuropCar Tampico Airport. Their car check is not even done in the airport, is done in a trashy place across the street that is flooded in water and dirt. Upon car delivery they superficially check the car and make it pretty simple, but upon return their were trying to look for the smaller detail or bump and we were told that the car got damaged during our rental period on the right side tail lamp, which is not true. We honestly had nothing to do with that dent on the tail light, but it was impossible to make them agree that this was a prior accident to the car that went un-noticed. I would strongly recomment everyone to rent somewhere else than this company- On the below picture, maybe you can see the dent they decided was on us...

Hello good day, yesterday Ise an income with you and for my bad moments, the unit in which I was traveling broke down in the source CD where I was moving and I reported it at approximately 12:30 to their offices and my annoyance was that they arrived at approximately 6 pm, when the tour is only 2:30 minutes of transfer to give me help, the amazing thing was that the person who gave me help is one of his workers named Juan Padron in office of (supervisor) traveling with people ( family) in the unit which would provide the change. The annoying thing was the wait in too slow a time for their workers, the second thing was to use their units to transport family when they are at work hours and with other people's responsibility ... I I am a client who rents their units at least three times a year and if this kind of attention was annoying to me, I say goodbye to you hoping that it will not stop. I disliked my comment and point of view, sa ludos.

Deceptive charges, vehicles in poor condition and no gasoline when delivered to the customer. Very bad experience
