Dr. Borges and his staff are WONDERFUL and he saved my dogs life and my sanity!!!!!! I LOVE all of you!!!! I highly recommend this hospital, the drive from San Carlos to Hermosillo is worth the trip!!!

I ordered tests for my pet, they took more than a month and they never called me again, "they forgot." I recently took my pet to have his teeth removed, they summoned him at 8am to be able to do the surgery so that he would leave in the afternoon because they told me so. They never called us, we had to call around 3pm and they still hadn't done surgery on my pet because there was someone else who had an emergency and that pet came first, so until 4pm they said they would be able to treat my pet. I don't understand why they didn't call me and they were also very rude when answering. The doctor spoke to me in a very horrible and impofessional way when he answered me on the phone while asking about my pet's condition. This clinic really charges too much to have horrible customer service. We clients are paying their salary, there is no reason to be treated that way. I really do not recommend this hospital.
