Thrifty Car Rental

I rented a car a car from Thrifty. Unfortunately, they make it difficult for you. They misinform you and don't give you the correct information. Please beware and read the contract! I have rented cars from many places and this is the first time they charge me for a full tank of gas, being that it was half way full. Usually, they only charge for whatever amount you don't fill up. Rental company usually tell you a base price if you don't fill up the tank and charge for whatever amount that was required to fill up the tank never a penny more. Also. if you pump gas be careful because if you don't close the tank correctly the car won't start. I don't know if they have a trick for overcharging people!! But please beware I never have this problem in the US its only when I travel to Mexico.

Bad customer service! I reserved a car and when I Went to pick it up, they just haves an Sammy car instead, in a more expensive price, I asked to to cancel the reservation and with bad actitud they told that I have to figure out how to cancel.

Stay away from all rental cars from QRO airport! Trust me On this one!

I asked for a van for 7 people 1 week in advance, they did not want to respect the price or the reservation even though I wanted to pay it before the reservation day
