Very good experience in this store

I bought a team just a year ago and the service was very good. This day, they told me there was no system and the invoice was not printed. Now the equipment failed and searching the system they did not want to print the note. I went to the bank and made sure of the purchase date with my account statement and they still did not want to use the guarantee. In the end they even told me that I never bought this equipment in the store. The truth is, Karcher is a world famous brand but with this team of people, and I am talking about the 3 I tried, the brand goes down and the customer is poorly served. One pays a premium price for premium equipment but WOW what desperation when requiring technical service. Really embarrassing, disrespectful, lying ... I imagine the manager must be the same ... MANAGERS DO SOMETHING!
