Green Motion Car Rental - Monterrey Aeropuerto

GreenMotion was in the process of moving from the Airport to behind the Ibis hotel when we rented our car. The office was being taken apart as we were dealing with the rental process. The person working with us was very difficult to understand. A few days later someone called to give us a new phone number to call when we returned the car. Either she gave us the wrong number,or we heard it wrong, but either way it didn't work. Fortunately we were able to find it by walking around behind the Ibis hotel where they said they were moving. On the plus side, the Nissan Versa we rented was great. Clean, smoke free, and fuel efficient. We used an online rental service in the US and avoided GreenMotion's high collision damage waiver fees.
