Worst service ever. The lady that picked up the phone need some courtesy and sales lessons. While she was on the phone with me she yelled at someone saying “tell them to wait okay” but in a rude way, what can you expect of someone that treats people like that. Also I asked her about the prices between them and Expedia and she was like whatever, didn’t even offer any vehicle. Enterprise needs to really tell their workers how to deal with costumers.

The location of Enterprise Rental Car at MTY airport is NOT where the "Rental Car Return" signs point! If you follow the blue signs, don't take the right-hand turn (goes to a stoplight). Keep going and about 1 mile later, take a diagonal right-hand turn (sort of curves). Keep going all the back through the parking lot and Enterprise is on the right-hand side.
