I would rate this negative stars if I could. We returned our car and upon arrival from visiting Monterrey and we were told that the car was not in the same conditions (cleanliness) as we received it. The car had dirt on carpet from going in and out of the car. If you visit Monterrey, dirt can easily be in your interior of your car because there is dirt everywhere! They exaggerated and only want to take YOUR money. They immediately called the manager to take a look. He stated we needed to pay the cleaning fees and did not care what we said or listened to our point of view. We bought FULL COVERAGE Insurance and spend extra on that service and the lady said that cleaning service is NOT covered under the insurance and said “that doesn’t matter”. We were very disappointed with their service. Why would you go on vacation and spend your days cleaning and washing your car? We will never rent from here EVER again. There are many other rental places to rent from so DO NOT RENT from here. We learned a lesson and this will be our first and LAST. Our next step is to file a complaint with the corporate office.

The cars are not aligned. They lack a little maintenance. They do not invoice at the moment. And then it's a drama ... They did not manage to bill me later. Watch out

Very bad customer service !!! Insurance does not cover many things so be very careful with the conditions that rent the car before you take it, I suggest that you take photos of every detail it has so that later they do not remove defects when delivering it , if it has any details when you deliver it, they charge you very expensive and they charge you from your deposit, they will not scare you in the end. In my case, because of road issues, as anybody gets a tire, a ball came out and they tell you that you have to replace it, so check any point of the small letters, the replacement was very expensive out of the ordinary giving the impression that they arrange on the outside so that the client pays more. The worst thing of all is the attention of the people who are not prepared to serve the client and threaten you saying that they are good and we are not charging you the rent for having the car stopped. I do not recommend it at all.
