Very easy to rent a car, the staff was very friendly and professional!

Very satisfied with their service. Fair price and good customer service. Fast transportation from/to the airport.

Took over an hour. Not friendly service. Felt like online price was a scam to lure you in, when they started explaining (and insisting) on the insurance options. When I said my card had me covered, they forced me to put down a USD $2,500 deposit to cover possible damage (reimbursable upon car return).

Complete waste of time and effort. Didn’t have car we reserved and nonchalant tried to give me a lower value vehicle. Tried not honor Amex liability insurance and after arguing recanted. Than quoted a higher price atop of the lower value car because I used an Amex.

Refused to honor my reservation unless I paid for their overpriced additional liability insurance. Avoid this place, they are dishonest scammers and will not honor their reservation rate.
