Crowne Plaza Monterrey Aeropuerto

Worst experience ever. Wanted to splurge a little for our 20 year anniversary so opted for the executive suite with a hot tub and other amenities. I paid over $200 while my buddies only paid $54. The room didn't have a hot tub it was a jacuzzi that was super small. The shower only had a little stream of water, sink was broke, and a/c didn't work. Asked for a fefund and was denied. Will never stay at a crown plaza again.

Walking distance to restaurants and the front desk even offered to make reservations. Restaurant can deliver to your room. Just amazing service after a long day of traveling.

This hotel is exhausted. The best course of action would be to tear it down and start over. My room was poor in every way. Completely worn out and used up. Bad smell. Broken toilet. Nice flat screen TV with 1970s aerial antenna reception, toilet ran constantly, terrible WiFi that was constantly dropping out, worn out furnishings, cracks in walls... The only bright spot was the friendly shuttle drivers and friendly lobby bartender.

Its a nice place, when you enter to the right have a place to eat, left is the bar and after that a pool , good music and service

very nice place. is quiet and safe very convenient to the airport. front desk people are very good trained on IHG recognition. Restaurant and bar are good enough but also very tasty tacos restaurants just some steps from the lobby. I would say this is a five stars¡¡¡
