DHL Express ServicePoint

Very good service, but there is no such thing as an express service, they attend to all your questions very well and support you in the processes but sometimes it makes me follow the conversation with customers a lot and more frequent customers.

Excellent service and attention when there are not so many people waiting, they are careful and they are taking hygiene measures to avoid contagion of COVID-19, however, when only one person is attending, it gets full of people and to send a package you invest more than 30mins, it is something that should improve since people crowd outside the premises.

Terrible service from the ladies who attend there, I arrived at 4 to send 2 packages with pre-printed guide and it took me 30 minutes, incredible waiting time, line out of up to 8 people. I hope and improve the service of that branch.
