I am completely disappointed, since as a personal project I decided to do the Master's Degree in Public Health online, for me it was an illusion to be able to do it in this institution, because of its prestige and its academic program, I decided to do it online since it is what best suits my current job; so I requested all the reports, and it caught my attention that in its REQUIREMENTS it appears as COMPULSORY to present an official letter issued by the highest authority of the institution where I work, as institutional SUPPORT; I have been working in the Ministry of Health for 7 years and those who work in this institution as a contract know that they do not support in any way to develop their work, my annoyance is not even that, since I am thankful for having the possibility of being able to offer myself the opportunity for professional growth; What seems to me a lack of respect is that they DEMAND this type of document, since I do not know what type of institutional support they expect, since it will not be final economic, obviously on the part of the institution they will have no problem in granting me that office, but it is Incredible that projects that one proposes have to be in the public domain in this case of my institution to be able to access it. Personal projects are that PERSONAL, the desire for development and growth is something that each person decides, my institution despite having already developed for a long period in the area of ​​epidemiology as responsible, at no time has it demanded or proposed that I prepare For this position, being in this position developed my taste for it and my interest in being better at what I do, so I decided to take the project on my own. Unfortunately we have this kind of response.
