An incompetent staff, poorly trained for customer service, the truth is that the municipality does not deserve this type of dishonest workers, you cannot go and get a package, because the clerk never has a system, she shows her face of anger and frustration , poor attention, poor general service, they cannot even track packages with available tracking. It is better that as far as possible you do not show up, since a half-scared lady will put her "jetota" on you when it comes time to attend. Terrible service in the 5 times I had to show up for a package.

The service is very bad, the lady who attends the window is very arrogant and does not give the necessary information so I had to return on several occasions until I contacted a friendly lady by phone who helped me retrieve a package (which I had been waiting for since three months ago) since the incompetent postman named Guillermo Sandoval Meza was already going to return the sender without having passed it to the window first. The location is unsafe.

Terrible service. Always check well that your packages have the seals and that the security tapes are not altered. 100 dollars for express service and insurance, even so they took things out of my package and they never arrived at my address I had to go get the package
