The place is closed from before 3 o'clock and supposedly they close at 4:30 p.m.

they do not show interest in their work, I have shipments with 3 months of delay and they tell me, "you are not the only one" calling is impossible since they pick up the phone and avoid claims, it is disastrous for people like that to have places with safe work given high inefficiency and total lack of commitment to their work

Very well they attend quickly and they answer all my doubts and when I speak on the phone they also answer quickly and boy almost 20 times a month and I have never made a bad face

Generally good, they provide adequate service and rarely do you find more than two or three people in line. It should be considered that the time it takes for shipments is not just a matter of who receives, but also the postal service of Mexico in general.
