Although it is a small post office, the service is very fast. It only has two windows to make shipments or withdrawals, but the ease of services makes it quick and easy to be there. It has a somewhat neglected aesthetic, both inside and out, but the service and who attends is good!

Appalling. I wanted to send a mug and two of the people who attend told me that the poster that they have hanging there says that it is forbidden to send them. I checked and it didn't say anything like that, so I asked again where it said that and better they 'hid' in their cellar while I kept talking haha😅. A pity, since the first time I went they accepted my package (also a cup) without problem, as in other branches of Correos de México; also that first time the lady who attended me, unlike the two that I mentioned at the beginning, was super friendly.

Maybe as a user you make a lot of mistakes, but the ladies who serve you scold you very ugly. For the next one I already know what I should not do, but they have no way to attend :(

Good attention, variety of prices depending on the shipment you choose if your package is small things it is not necessary that you pack it in a box only in an envelope with bubbles, it seems to me that in Nezahualcóyotl it is the only post office in Mexico since that of Sor Juana is gone, in the same way I recommend this place since the personal and telephone attention is good and they solve your doubts.
