After a 15 minute line to pay, the cashier exits so there are no card payments. Terrible customer service, they don't care at all. If they mention it from the entrance there would not be so many people.

Terrible service, they do not solve you, they say that only by call, but the call is the same, nothing is answered or they cut you off or they send you with the bot by WhatsApp. And the attitude is so indifferent towards looking for a solution.

Tizayuca branch never answers the phone, I made a contract for the internet, they told me that in 10 days at the latest they would connect me. The technician arrived and he could not connect me because the area that was stipulated in the contract, the employee put it wrong, then the correction was made, then again it was the technician and they could not connect me because it is saturated. That they are doing cleaning. And that probably in a week can be. That was not mentioned in the Tizayuca branch when I made the contract

Very slow customer service. Checkout boxes are fast. There is no customer restroom and troubleshooting waits are long. There are only 2 parking spaces and they are usually blocked. Previously there were a variety of cell phones, computer equipment and screens, but there are no more
