H21 Hospedaje

This is an amazing place with an outstanding service and the rooms are out of this world. Our stay could not have been any better. We arrived at midnight and Cristian was waiting for us to make sure we settled in comfortable. The room had been cleaned AND sanitized. It was spotless. The rooms are decorated with a very fine taste, very comfortable and practical. We had to work a couple of days from our room and we had no issues with internet connection. The location is GREAT! there a lot of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, parks near by. Claudia and Cristian were always available and courteous. We would definitely go back and would recommend this wonderful place to anyone.

Stayed last month the week of the Dia de los Muertos holiday. Celebrations were canceled due to the pandemic but we enjoyed our stay immensely. Host made you feel like family and were extremely helpful and according. Room was gorgeous and we hope one day to return.

Great rooms and lovely terrace

This terrific hotel! We had such a nice time here and would love to return someday. The rooms and hotel are super clean and gorgeous with private patios and spa bathrooms, real "Design Suites" with high end decoration. The owners, Christian and Claudia, were very helpful and speak perfect English and probably many other languages too. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere! Excellent value for the price! Very good coffee right across the street. Coyoacan is just delightful, charming, beautiful and very romantic, clean, artsy and safe with warm, wonderful people. Down to earth. The streets are filled with art and music! Easy to access from the airport , and to other parts of CDMX too. Highly recommended.

Wow wow wow! What an incredible room! The bedding was super lush and soft to the touch. We could have spent our entire time there if we didn’t motivate ourselves lol. The dark wood with the natural color pallet really impressed the eye and created a warm, home-like feeling for us. Every detail has been carefully curated by the owner; many of the accents were actually locally sourced and we LOVED that. The welcome treat of Mexican candy (Mango & Chili) was divine!! The neighborhood that H21 is situated in is unbeatable and a REAL reflection of Mexico. During the day, families will flock to the park and open spaces; which is lovely to witness. Definitely have a churro in the park and soak in the community feel. There are quaint markets to buy tourist trinkets in the nearby areas along with delightful food options. Just opposite H21 is perhaps the best Mexican food we had during our 1 week stay in CDMX. Be sure to get in at opening time for lunch because it’s busy until closing time. We would 100% recommend H21!
