Birria Michoacanissimo

Sorry but I didn't think it lived up to the hype.. it's a big bowl of goat meat in broth. I did not find the flavor to be very complex, it was just goat meat in broth. It comes with 3 tortillas and the most basic garnishes (lime, onion, cilantro) and a single red salsa. The cloth that covered the tortillas was not clean, it was smeared with food presumably from the last person who used it. It gets served to you on beat up plastic plates. I have had better birria elsewhere.
