Avoid ordering from China at this time if the parcel you deliver is postal I have had a package in transit since April 18 and it has not been delivered yet. Customs hold packages for months and the post office is slower than usual, more than 40 days to deliver with the package already in their hands. The lady who attends has already been twice that she denies me to deliver the package even though it is there, she does not bother to check the parcel bags. I would understand if I had just arrived at their offices, waiting to be dispatched to my home. The problem is that it has already been in the delivery in progress status for 5 days and nothing else does not go, and instead of easing the burden a bit on their delivery people, they do not help them by delivering the package to the branch. One of the many institutions that require urgent investment, the facilities are old and do not accept cards of any kind, and in the midst of a pandemic.

Terrible service, they make you go one day to pick up the package and they don't have it ready, apart from the rudeness they have to serve users! That is if apart from opening and closing at any time, they have their coffee time and no one bother them! disastrous!!!!!!

I sell online and I always receive the best service. Due to the pandemic, I have not been able to go and I miss the service they provide. Super recommend.

Very bad attention, person who attends without service attitude. Very high waiting time (and it is not because of the pandemic), they answer in a bad mood. Old and dilapidated facilities.
