Hotel NH Collection Mexico City Centro Histórico

The service was awesome. The hotel is right in the center of everything. I would give it a 10 star if I could. Walking distance to Zocalo, Bella’s Artes... etc We got really good service from Alejandro and Alejandra (restaurant) all 5 days !!

I am already missing you guys! You Alejandro and Edgar made us feel like family! You boys are great customer service and excellent human beings. The food so delicious 😋 I do not know their names at the back but THANKS Alejandro and Edgar are a team with you and all of you give the best! Thank you very much for all the safety protocol wow amazing for the pandemic. Thank you for everything at the reception area and the happy faces at the entrance. Great great people and by the way now on these days you guys are a balsam in our hearts. Thanks 🙏

The service was fantastic! The hotel took extra precautions for COVID safety, and truly made us feel welcomed. Every morning we had breakfast in the hotel on the 5th floor and our servers Alejandro and David were amazing. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The location is great, the rooms were very clean and modern, and the showers were very nice. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. A great variety of sweet and savory, custom omelettes, fresh juices, Mexican pastries and breads, fresh fruit, Mexican breakfast foods, etc.

Summary of our stay experience at this hotel: + location (especially when first time in CDMX) + recently renovated + pleasant front desk staff + felt safe + great shower, water pressure was excellent - horrible bathroom design - mattress is like trampoline: can't move around and not wake partner by doing so - breakfast spread was so-so. - floor in room is linoleum instead of carpet, so your hear upstairs neighbors Mind that there's also street noice but probably hard to avoid in a city like this.
