Hotel Novotel Mexico City Santa Fe

Stayed at the hotel for over 6 months in 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The manager Felipe was amazing and was very helpful. It overseas the Hilton and is close to movie theater and shopping malls. The staff are courteous and always with a smile.

I HAVE STAYED AT MANY INTERNATIONAL HOTELS yet Novotel in Mexico City is in my top list. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the facility is well kept and clean, the food is very good and my experience there was world-class! I really, really hated to leave the hotel ... and that's how good it is . Oh and Mexico City is awesome as always! 😁

Hotel room is clean and breakfast is fine. Major problem with concierge management. We paid $1100 each for total $3300 plus lunch $600 to be put in a group tour and dirty van. Other people payed $600 pesos per person. We had to get up early to ride in the car for them to pick up others from downtown. Tour was cut short due to needing to drop off others. We paid a high price for a learning experience but hope other guests can be treated better.

Good, clean & quiet place . Enjoyed my stay. I recommend this place not bad for the money. Also there is a mall walking distance from the hotel . I will definitely return back .

Excellent option in Santa Fe based on cost benefit. It is definitely not as luxurious as other options close by but it delivers even more than it promises. My room was very spacious with a king bed, fridge, desk, big couch, safe and most importantly, nespresso machine and bottled water everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The only cons were regulator on the shower was tricky and water temperature oscillated too much and the keys tend to demagnetize too easy.
